An Arabic-first online tutoring platform built for my father, a math teacher moving his work online: recorded lessons, auto-graded homework, timed exams, live classes, and parent follow-up — one system instead of scattered apps.
Open live siteRole: sole developer — my father started teaching online, so I first taught him the tools, including Notein, and as his work grew I built him a complete platform: recorded video lessons, homework with auto-grading, one-attempt timed exams with auto-submit, live-class scheduling and booking, interactive PDF summaries, subscriptions with local payment methods (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer), and a parent dashboard with progress reports. Three roles (student, teacher, parent), fully bilingual with an Arabic-first RTL experience, and measured performance work (landing −17%, dashboard −26%).
Build for one real user first — my father. Everything else followed.
