Role: led the presentation, built the project's website, and organized planning meetings and cost breakdowns. Team: 5 people (3 boys + 2 girls). Approach: every team had to turn what they learned into a useful, profitable idea — we used the Business Model Canvas to validate pricing and operations. Outcome: won "Best Project — Finance Category" at the DECI Level 2 summer camp.
