Presented at governorate levelLed a team of 6 people
Role: team lead (chosen by the team after the original lead stepped down) — owned the front-end architecture, coordinated the team across two parallel competitions, structured the idea around a real respiratory need, planned the storytelling pitch, and handled task distribution. Team: 6 people (Abdelrahman, Omnia, her friend, Retag, Mariam, Mohamed). Outcome: presented at the governorate level; the winning team had a nearly identical idea but stronger execution.
The idea alone isn't enough — the real difference shows in execution.
